Dear friends, welcome to our latest monthly update. It is in a slightly different format than normal since we want to give appropriate coverage to the ongoing shenanigans around the Council's draft Local Plan.
At the County Council meeting in March this year Will Forster, Leader of Surrey Lib Dems proposed a council motion based on the respected road safety principles, known as Vision Zero.
There are 248,196 people waiting for NHS treatment in Surrey, according to research from the House of Commons Library, commissioned by the Liberal Democrats.
The Lib Dems have accused Surrey’s Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) Lisa Townsend of failing on the basics, after a damning report from His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services.
