Tesco - Public Meeting Comments

Following the Public Meeting held at the Phoenix Club about Tesco's planning application to develop a new store in the Upper High Street, the meeting chairman Paul Linscott wrote to the Planning Department to pass on the main comments made at the meeting by members of the public.
