High Street Survey backs Help for Small Businesses and Shops

The survey results from the hundreds of shoppers who helped us with our survey in Epsom High Street last Saturday have been added up and analysed.

The pie chart shown here displays the percentage support for each of the various options available in this survey.

Apart from the expected support for Retaining Key Services at Epsom Hospital, residents put Help for Small Businesses and Shops at the top of their preference list.

Once again it is the Lib Dems who have shown that they are in touch with public opinion, as two of the emphases of Cllr Alison Kelly's budget speech were the promotion of the street market and the need to appoint a Town Centre Manager, see here for the details.
